Entry Level Assembler (No Experience Required)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview

Are you currently working in retail, food service, hospitality, customer service, or recently finished high school and looking to start a career in manufacturing? We are seeking Entry Level Assemblers to join a growing medical device manufacturing team. No assembly or manufacturing experience is required. All training will be provided. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, basic math skills, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components according to work instructions
• Use hand tools and perform detailed, hands-on work
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• No prior assembly experience required
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Comfortable working with your hands and using basic tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Open to candidates from retail, restaurant, hospitality, and customer service backgrounds
• Recent high school graduates are encouraged to apply

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
