Pay Rate & Schedule Pay Rate: $19.92 / Hour Job Schedule: Friday: 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM Saturday: 08:45 AM - 02:15 PM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a financial institution setting. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general inquiries, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
