Requirements An associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare management or leadership roles. Strong understanding of child development and early education principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff. CPR and first aid certification preferred. Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
