Job Description The Assistant Controller position will perform the following duties: Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data and perform complex financial analysis. Analyze monthly financial statements and provide summary financial reports to management, as required. Assist in preparing and analyzing the company budget. Coordinate and prepare for the annual audit and corporate tax work. Ability to communicate with customers, vendors, community and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner. Ability to manage, mentor and lead others in the performance of their duties. Interact with financial institutions, customers and vendors in a friendly, timely and quality manner; ensure financial institutions', customers' and vendors' questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare requested management reports for management and customers. Assist staff with questions they have regarding their daily activities.
