Senior Associate Project Manager

Our team works with government agencies, engineering firms, and local organizations to ensure diverse voices are heard and incorporated into project decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of public involvement and strategic communication projects. Support project managers and lead projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision‑making. Develop project materials, including reports, presentations, and outreach content. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Organize and lead public meetings, stakeholder engagement events, and community outreach efforts. Track project progress, identify potential challenges, and propose solutions to maintain project momentum. Maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Collaborate with government agencies, engineering teams, and community organizations. Assist with business development activities as needed. Some travel will be required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, project management, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project coordination or management, preferably in public involvement, strategic communication, or related fields. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Experience in stakeholder engagement and community outreach is a plus. Familiarity with infrastructure‑related projects is a plus.
