Job Description Job Description Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed (PO, IM, SQ, IV where permitted) Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, feeding, and mobility Observe and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team Document patient care accurately in EMR systems Assist with wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection Support physicians and RNs during examinations and procedures Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health management Maintain infection control standards and patient safety protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
