Join our team at Mariani Landscape as a full-time Crew Leader for our Rockland location . This individual will oversee landscaping crews to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures, provide training, supervise crew activities, and address job site issues.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work activities of the crew.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance and support to crew members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train new crew members and provide ongoing training to improve skills and performance.
• Monitor and report progress and issues to management.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any hazards or safety concerns.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the work process.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license.
