Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS
• Certifications BLS
• Certifications NIHSS
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Step-Down in last 3 years.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment STD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with pushing, pulling, and lifting is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in medication administration is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in assessments is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in care plans is required.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
