Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Schedule: (2 clinic days per week) | 1 x 24-Hour Call Shift per Week

Position Summary:


We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide comprehensive women's healthcare, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic services. The ideal candidate will work closely with OB/GYN physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide prenatal care, routine obstetric evaluations, and monitor maternal and fetal health.


• Manage labor and delivery for low-risk pregnancies, including spontaneous vaginal deliveries.


• Provide postpartum care for mothers and newborns.


• Perform annual well-woman exams, cervical cancer screenings, STI testing, and preventive care.


• Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions.


• Counsel patients on contraception and family planning.


• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, and the healthcare team.


• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:


• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification through ACNM.


• Active Arizona RN license (or ability to obtain).


• Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain before start).


• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross).


• Valid Arizona driver's license.


• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
