Project Management Consultant – Level 2 Location: Juno Beach, FL (On-site; up to 25% travel to project sites) Schedule: Standard Office Hours Duration: 12-Month Contract Pay Range: $40–45/hr Position Overview Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a Central Maintenance – Special Projects team within the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and/or renewable energy projects, strong project coordination capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple disciplines. This role will support a Senior Project Manager across a portfolio of Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage projects. A technical background in mechanical/electrical systems or field construction is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Participate in project design meetings and recommend process or project improvements Identify potential project risks and technical challenges and assist in developing solutions Plan and manage project schedules, team goals, and project updates Coordinate ongoing projects and ensure workflows remain on track Maintain and organize project documentation and records Prepare and review project correspondence, including proposals, meeting minutes, memos, and emails Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives Monitor project expenses and support budget adherence through cost-control measures Required Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team leadership and coordination experience Experience managing documentation and utilizing project management tools High attention to detail in deadline-driven environments Effective time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with schedule management tools such as Smartsheet Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) SAP experience Maximo experience Budgeting and cost-tracking experience ... #J-18808-Ljbffr
