Project Manager - Mixed-Use/Multi-Family ConstructionBased in Indianapolis, IN, we are a top-rated company providing general contracting, construction management, and real estate development services for commercial, multifamily, historic renovation, and urban redevelopment projects.We're seeking a Project Manager with mixed-use and multi-family experience to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while helping deliver complex projects that transform communities and urban environments.Role and Responsibilities:Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction planning through final completionDevelop and maintain project budgets, monitor costs, manage change orders, and support project profitabilityLead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, scope reviews, and performance managementCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, superintendents, and project stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycleParticipate in constructability reviews, scheduling, value engineering, permitting, and project planning activitiesTrack project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project executionEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specificationsMaintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and expectation managementQualifications:5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor or commercial construction companyExperience managing commercial, multifamily, renovation, or mixed-use construction projectsStrong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and construction document reviewAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawingsStrong communication, negotiation, client management, and problem-solving skillsBenefitsCompetitive Base Salary Between $110-135kComprehensive Benefits with Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceRetirement Planning 401(k) with Employer MatchingWork/Life Balance - Paid Time Off/Paid Holidays
