Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Company & Compensation Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader and we are hiring now. Earn $15.00 per hour. Benefits Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm). Eligibility for full‑time benefits after working an average of 20+ hours. Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. Physical Requirements Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Qualifications Experience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation: A valid driver’s license and use of an own vehicle are required to travel between different work locations and/or conduct other work‑related business.
