Group Fitness Instructor - Onsite Per DiemJob Summary: The Group Fitness Instructor performs duties independently with guidance under the Wellness Program Manager. The Group Fitness Instructor leads fitness classes at designated JAX sites.Seeking someone to work part time onsite in Farmington, CT to lead group fitness classes 2-3 hours per weekKey ResponsibilitiesProvide instruction for a variety of fitness classes for employees Monday-Friday, of varying fitness levels, on-site and via live zoom stream if required.Ensure participant safety by monitoring techniques and equipment usage.Foster an inclusive environment for members.Provide modifications necessary based on fitness levels, physical limitations and any health concernsKeep current with industry trends and make recommendations for program offerings.
