TOP-RATED CRIMINAL DEFENSE & PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM SEEKS LEGAL CLIENT INTAKE COORDINATOR Location: Tacoma, WA (On-Site) Reports To: Operations Director Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 + Performance Based Incentives (DOE) We aren’t looking for people who simply answer phones. At NextLaw, our Client Intake Coordinator isn’t just the first person prospective clients speak with—they’re the “Ambassador of First Impressions” for our entire firm. You’ll help people during some of the most stressful moments of their lives, build trust, solve problems, and guide them toward the legal help they need. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients Conduct thoughtful intake conversations and build trust Explain consultations, fees, and next steps Manage follow-up by phone, text, and email Maintain accurate records in Clio Grow and Clio Manage Coordinate with attorneys on urgent consultations Help improve our intake systems and client experience

YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE

2-5 years of legal intake or client-facing law firm experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, or litigation matters Experience with Clio (preferred), Filevine, or similar legal software A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset Bonus: Spanish-English bilingual skills, experience discussing retainers or payment options, or ideas for improving client intake.
