RN - EMERGENCY - $5000 Sign on bonus

Overview RN – Emergency role at Allakos Inc. This position offers sign-on bonuses for qualified full-time shifts: $5000 sign-on bonus for FT nights (2-year commitment) and $3000 sign-on bonus for FT days (2-year commitment). Responsibilities Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served. Promotes customer service initiatives and applies the mission of the organization in daily practice. Demonstrates consistency in ability to perform skills and procedures. Assumes individual accountability for nursing practice ensuring safe, efficient care delivered through the nursing process. Appropriately and accurately documents on the electronic medical record in a timely fashion. Actively demonstrates behaviors that support the Code of Ethics of Emergency Nursing. Promptly responds to call lights and patient/family requests. Performs EKG and phlebotomy. Promptly answers telephone. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current licensure RN. Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification (or obtain prior to the completion of orientation). CPI De-escalation training certification (obtain within 6 months). Basic computer skills.
