P&L Pallet Repair CDL driver

Job DescriptionJob Description

The CDL Driver operates tractor-trailers on regional routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. This role involves adhering to safety standards, performing vehicle inspections, and communicating effectively within the operations team. The driver reports to the Operations Manager and handles tasks such as trailer swaps during their routes without overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Drive tractor-trailers on regional routes
Perform vehicle and trailer inspections before and after trips
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
Navigate designated routes efficiently
Conduct trailer swaps as required
Communicate clearly with the Operations Manager and team

Required Qualifications

Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
Experience in route navigation and planning
Ability to perform thorough vehicle inspections
Strong knowledge of safety compliance regulations
Effective communication skills
