Senior Real Estate Investment Accountant (JV & GAAP)

Jobtailor in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced finance professional to manage the annual plan, operating budget, and capital budget for real estate investments and JV structures. You will consolidate property-level budgets, perform variance analyses, and support investor approval processes. You will review property-level accounting, guide cash forecasting, capital calls, distributions, and prepare quarterly investor packages with IRR, MOIC, and equity metrics.
