Senior Claims Adjuster

A leading insurance brokerage and risk management organization is seeking a Senior Claims Account Executive to join its growing commercial claims team. This is a highly consultative, client‑facing position focused on complex commercial property and casualty claims, with a particular emphasis on construction‑related claims. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex claims matters while driving positive outcomes and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor on complex commercial property and casualty claims. Advise clients on claim strategy, settlements, litigation, reserves, denials, and coverage issues. Manage and consult on construction‑related claims, including Builder’s Risk, OCIP, and CCIP programs. Coordinate with insurers, third‑party administrators (TPAs), legal counsel, clients, and internal stakeholders. Support and mentor junior claims professionals. Assist in leading claims consulting initiatives within specialized industry sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of service. Requirements 5+ years of commercial property and casualty claims experience. Experience handling complex construction‑related claims. Knowledge of Builder’s Risk, OCIPs, CCIPs, and wrap‑up insurance programs. Strong understanding of claims strategy, litigation management, reserves, and coverage analysis. Insurance Adjuster’s License preferred. Prior brokerage experience highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
