Shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Unit Information: Emergency Room (ER) 24/7

Location: Rockport, TX

Number of Beds: 6 rooms, 4 vertical beds

Staffing: 10 full-time equivalent (FTE), 4 as needed (PRN)

Day Shift: 3 RNs (including Charge Nurse), 1 Paramedic
Night Shift: 3 RNs (including Charge Nurse)

Patient Ratios: 3 to 4 patients per nurse

Vital Sign Machine
Bipap
Ventilator
Nebulizer
Ortho Glass
Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
EMR - Meditech

Must Have Skills: Emergency Department experience in a Fast-Track setting

IV Blood Draw
EKG
Foley Catheter
Ortho Splint
Wound Care

Required Certifications: BLS, ALS, PALS

Ideal candidates are team players who thrive in a collaborative environment.

FSED (Fast-Track Emergency Department)

Attire: Blue Scrubs

The position includes weekends, and there may be on-call duties as required.
