Our premier, multi-level venue features an elegant fine dining room, a busy casual floor, and a vibrant cocktail lounge. The ideal candidate thrives in an upscale environment, possesses advanced knife skills, and maintains absolute precision and flavor consistency during high-volume service periods.Compensation & PerksHourly Wage: $18.00 – $25.00 / hour (Based on fine dining experience).Position Type: Full-Time, Contract (No benefits provided)Perks: Free shift meals, professional culinary networking, and an advanced scratch kitchen environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.Execute dishes with precision and consistency.Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station.Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures.Assist with prep work and inventory management.Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff.Qualifications2+ years of line cook experience inside an upscale or fine dining scratch kitchen.Advanced knife skills, complex prep execution, and refined tasting palate.Comprehensive working knowledge of food safety, meat temperatures, and kitchen sanitation.High physical stamina to stand for long shifts and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Culinary school degree or apprenticeship is a strong plus but not required.Schedule & HoursFull-time schedule.Open availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends is strictly required.Equal Employment OpportunityOur client is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
