Qualifications Experience: 1 year of clinical dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required. We love training enthusiastic newcomers and dental assisting school graduates! Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient‑focused approach to easing dental anxieties. Safety & Compliance: This position is considered safety‑sensitive and requires successfully passing a pre‑employment drug screening. Responsibilities Clinical Chairside Assisting: Train to provide high‑quality chairside assistance to our dentists during general and preventative dental procedures. Patient Experience: Warmly welcome patients, guide them through their appointments, and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for at every step. Clinic Operations: Prepare, sterilize, and turn over instruments and treatment rooms cleanly and efficiently according to strict safety protocols. Team Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with our frontline and clinical staff to maintain a smooth daily patient flow and an upbeat office vibe.
