Employee Relations Investigator

JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN EMPLOYEE RELATIONS INVESTIGATOR AT AXIOM

LOCATION: REMOTE

We are seeking an Employee Relations Investigator with Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency to support one of our leading technology clients. In this role, you will conduct high-volume workplace investigations involving employee relations matters and company policy violations, helping ensure fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of complex workplace issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Conduct workplace investigations involving employee relations matters, including allegations related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other company policy violations. * Investigate complaints involving workplace misconduct, including matters related to Title VII protections, such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. * Interview employees and stakeholders, prepare investigative findings, and partner with HR and Employee Relations teams to support timely resolutions. * Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5+ years of employee relations investigation experience in a corporate environment.

• Availability to work a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM shift (remotely).
• Experience conducting high-volume workplace investigations, preferably within

a large technology company. * Strong knowledge of workplace investigation best practices and employment laws, including Title VII. * English and Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

* Experience supporting fast-paced, complex organizations.

COMPENSATION:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
