• Document all interactions accurately in EHR/EMR systems
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in medical customer service, call center, or front office healthcare setting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Experience using EHR/EMR systems preferred
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume environments
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
