Information about Agilent is available at Agilent Technologies is seeking an experienced full-time Production Operator on 1st Shift for its growing consumables manufacturing facility located in Folsom, California. Agilent's laboratory consumables business is an industry leader in innovation, market share, and performance. We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual with demonstrated skills in manufacturing, quality, teamwork, and communication. Your main responsibilities will be: Manufacturing of Ultra Inert GC Liners Handle raw material and operate production equipment Produce and process products according to documented procedures Accurately record all process tasks and material movements Document any deviations as part of an open reporting culture Maintain flexibility and receptiveness to change in daily routine Open to and capable of completing a variety of tasks that require frequent standing and walking. Support team in achieving production line objectives and goals through effective teamwork. Contribute ideas to and participate in Continuous Improvement activities Shift: M-F 6:00 AM-2:30 PM PT An excellent benefits package including four weeks' vacation the first year, health, dental and eye care, 401K plan, as well as HSA plan. Qualifications We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background: H.S. Diploma or equivalent 2 years of manufacturing, customer service, or experience working in a fast-paced environment Manufacturing experience preferred Must be attentive to details and able to accurately follow work instructions and record information. Must have Good communication skills Enjoys both working within a team and autonomously. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $23.99 - $37.49/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
