We are seeking a professional Account Manager to join our team. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our book of business through new client acquisitions. You will create and maintain positive relationships for our current customers, understand clients' needs, and connect them with appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong sales and negotiation skills. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunities
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Seek out and participate in networking events and opportunities
- Monitor key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Participate in continuing education
- Review and verify client coverages
- Valid state insurance licensing
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry products and offerings
- Capable computer and technology skills
- Team player & have the ability to interact with all operation employee
