What You Bring To The Table Food Prep Experience: Prior experience in meat or seafood preparation, grocery, or food service preferred. Product Knowledge: Understanding meat and seafood types, freshness indicators, and safe handling practices. Customer Service Skills: Ability to assist customers with product selection and provide helpful cooking or preparation tips. Food Safety Awareness: Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures for handling raw products. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain clean displays, monitor product quality, and follow packaging guidelines. Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs. and working in refrigerated environments. Team Collaboration: Willingness to support fellow associates and contribute to a positive store culture. Multitasking & Efficiency: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy.
