TLC Nursing is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Elk City, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 38 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation Schedule M-F, 8 Hour Days. There is flexibility for a 4-day workweek if needed. Assignment Details Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Requirements - OK state license - AHA BLS certification required at the time of submission Roles & Responsibilities - Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. - Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. - Educate patients and their families about physical therapy interventions and home exercise programs. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care objectives.
