What You'll Do

• Provide effective nursing care in an Operating Room/Surgery setting, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
• Document patient histories, procedures, and care provided accurately
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and family members about post-operative care and procedures
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in accordance with hospital standards

What You Need

• Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
• BLS certification through AHA
• Minimum 1 year related nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules
