Restaurant Floor Manager

Job Summary High-volume restaurant is seeking a full‑time, team‑oriented candidate for the Floor Manager position. The ideal candidate must be courteous and possess excellent leadership and customer‑service skills and be willing to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Essential Functions Oversee and perform all duties in the dining area. Maintain a very clean work environment. Monitor day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations. Record all deliveries (paper, produce, etc.) and any errors. Coach and support new and existing staff members. Maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets. Ensure all employees follow company policies and guidelines. Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff. Ensure diners comply with health and safety regulations. Physical Demands Physical, mental, and workplace environment conditions. The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and focus.
