Key Details

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day/week on-site)

Interview Process: Initial Screening Virtual Panel Interview Final In-Person Interview

What You'll Do (The Role)

Define canonical models and enterprise information architecture to eliminate data silos.

Design reusable data products and migration strategies for large-scale modernization.

Establish data governance, security, quality frameworks, and lineage standards.

Lay the foundation for enterprise AI through semantic layers and knowledge graphs.

Key Skills & Requirements

Must-Have Expertise

10+ Years: Enterprise / Data Architecture

8+ Years: Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, & Master Data Management (MDM)

5+ Years: Cloud Data Platforms ( Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB ) on AWS/Azure/GCP

Core Strengths: Data Security/Privacy, Data Quality Tooling, Data Lineage & Observability

Transformation: Proven experience in multi-stakeholder enterprise modernization

Bonus Points

Experience with unstructured data or AI/Semantic layers

Background in Public Sector , Healthcare , or Financial Services

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
