Diesel Mechanic

Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team! Location : Valley Center, CA 92082 USA Responsibilities Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on: Dingo mini skid steers Skid steers Mini excavators John Deere and Kioti tractors Small engine equipment Diesel trucks and fleet vehicles (Ford, Ram, etc.) Perform track replacements and repairs on various equipment types. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and engine-related issues. Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment needs or concerns. Qualifications Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic, diesel mechanic, or similar role. Strong knowledge of diagnosing and repairing construction equipment and small engines. Experience servicing and repairing: Mini skid steers and skid steers Excavators and tractors Diesel trucks and fleet vehicles Ability to change and repair tracks on heavy equipment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience working with brands such as John Deere, Kioti, Ford, and Ram is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks efficiently.
