Legend DDD Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Weekend DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in our residential group homes. Weekend DSPs provide hands-on support, supervision, and care to residents in our DDD group homes. This role includes assisting with daily living skills, community activities, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Weekend staff play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care and quality support.

Available shifts:

• Saturday & Sunday
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
• Additional weekday shifts may be offered if desired

Responsibilities:

• Support residents with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, routines, mobility)
• Provide supervision and ensure safety at all times
• Assist with community outings, activities, and social engagement
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive home environment
• Follow all DDD, HCBS, and agency policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and professionalism

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• A valid driver's license is required. Employees must be able and willing to drive and transport members when needed as part of their job duties
• Ability to obtain or maintain: Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, Article 9, Prevention & Support (if required)
• Ability to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and able to work scheduled weekend shifts consistently
