This position is part of our Commercial Analytics team under Aon's national Health practice and collaborates with high‑visibility Aon business units. Your Impact As A Health Analytics Data Intern Health and Benefits Consulting focuses on employer‑sponsored health and welfare benefit programs. These programs evolve to manage employee needs, rising costs, and new legislation while supporting HR and business strategies. Job Responsibilities Be part of a dynamic team focused on healthcare data and innovation. Prepare consulting deliverables using charts, visualization tools, and reporting automation to communicate technical analyses to a non‑technical audience. Manage multiple projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables efficiently. Work with large health claims and risk datasets such as eligibility data, medical claims, and prescription drug claims from multiple sources. Develop understanding of medical claims reporting and billing for inpatient and outpatient services. Work in data analytics tools. Assist client teams and actuaries with ad‑hoc data requests by producing reports. Support vendor management. Assist with data validation and data quality. Qualifications Leadership engagement in extracurricular activities, reflecting strong interpersonal and collaborative capabilities. Interest in working in Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Employee Benefits industries. Interest in data and analytics. Relevant coursework or internship experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills. Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 and a GPA of 3.0 or above.
