Clinical Dietician

The Clinical Dietitian will plan and implement medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for inpatients and outpatients as prescribed by medical staff. The Clinical Dietitian will conduct nutrition screening, assessments, reassessments. Complies with regulatory requirements.

Position Details

Clinical Dietician- State College PA Location: State College PA 16801 Duration: 13 weeks Contract Pay Range: $55- $57/hr Shift: Day Shift with Rotating Weekends

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related healthcare field. Master's Degree preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in clinical dietetics preferred.

• Maintains professional growth and development. Attend professional conferences, seminars, and workshop to keep abreast of trends in the field of dietetics. Review current literature to update knowledge of food, nutrition, and healthcare.

License/Certification/Registration

• Registered Dietitian (RD): Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN): License with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
