Office Manager

Sandbar Development

Sandbar Development is a luxury custom home builder looking for an experienced Office Manager to own our day-to-day office operations and billing. Requirements 3+ years in office management/administration, ideally with a construction or home building company Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning a process end to end — not just following one What you’ll do Run day-to-day office operations and keep the team organized Own the billing cycle: invoicing, tracking, vendor and client documentation Improve and tighten up processes as we grow, not just maintain them Work closely with our Project Coordinator and leadership team to keep everything moving We're a small, high‑craft team.
