Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient New Albany, IN Location: New Albany, IN Facility: Select Medical – Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Contract Length: Up to 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Work Setting Outpatient Physical Therapy Orthopedic Rehabilitation Clinic Schedule Shift: Days Hours: 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday 40-hour work week Job Summary Provide outpatient physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Work collaboratively with physicians and the rehabilitation team to restore function, improve mobility, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Modify treatment plans based on patient progress. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care. Required Qualifications Current Physical Therapist (PT) License Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by state or facility) Preferred Qualifications Previous outpatient orthopedic experience Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills Experience with EMR documentation Facility Highlights Select Medical Outpatient Rehabilitation Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab – New Albany Collaborative multidisciplinary therapy team Focus on orthopedic rehabilitation and functional recovery Treva Workforce Job ID 808424.
