Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Care IV Home Health Hot Springs is now hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for home health visits PRN. Lucrative company-sponsored retirement plan available, even for PRN staff. Pay is pay‑per‑visit plus mileage for PRN. Medical, Dental and vision options available for PRN choosing to work 30 hours per week or more. Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to: Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities Assist our full-time Occupational Therapist in following occupational therapy care plans Perform OT Documenting / charting patient progress Updating OT on patient status, etc. Other duties as assigned by our Occupational Therapist Desired experience: Occupational Therapy Assistant actively licensed or registered in Arkansas Previous OTA experience in an acute setting (minimum 6 months COTA experience required) Home Health OTA experience preferred As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations) Occupational Therapy Assistants – apply online with Care IV Home Health today!
