Residential Construction Manager: Lead Home Builds

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction from start to finish in New York communities. You will manage sites, schedules, and trade-partner workflows to ensure on-time delivery and high quality while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ residential construction experience, proficiency with Build Pro/Procore, and strong organizational skills.
