Restorative Aide Job Summary:

Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider located in Batavia, NY, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Aide to join our team. As a Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their optimal outcomes through rehabilitation and restorative care. Restorative Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of restorative care programs, including exercises, activities, and routines designed to promote resident independence and mobility

• Work closely with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Conduct therapy exercises and activities under the supervision of licensed therapists

• Document resident progress and report any changes or concerns to the rehabilitation team

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and ambulating

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies

Restorative Aide Requirements:

• Current Certified Nurse Aide Certification in New York
