  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value our staff and offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to base pay, our compensation package includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development to support your growth as a therapist.
