Occupational Therapist (OT)

Stillwater Post-Acute , located in El Cajon, is a premier post-acute care facility with 256 beds, dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care that promotes recovery and enhances residents' quality of life. Our mission is to empower individuals on their journey to independence while helping them achieve their health goals. We offer a wide range of tailored services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and comprehensive therapy options such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. As an Occupational Therapist , you will be responsible for helping patients with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities to regain their independence and improve their daily living skills. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Your ultimate goal will be to help patients achieve their maximum level of function and independence.
