About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new business and managing the sales process from the first conversation through the close. You'll meet with homeowners, understand their needs, present pest control solutions, and help customers choose the services that best fit their situation.

This is a hands-on, in-person sales position that offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to directly influence your earnings through your performance.

What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners through face-to-face field sales activities.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pest control solutions.

• Clearly explain services, benefits, and value to prospective customers.

• Build trust and establish strong relationships with homeowners.

• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through closing.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Develop and manage your assigned sales territory.

• Maintain consistent daily sales activity and work toward performance goals.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

• Represent Proof Pest Control professionally in the community.

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity with significant earning potential.

• $100,000–$300,000 annual earning potential for top performers

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Comfortable working in an outdoor, field-based environment.

• Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory.
