Job Title: Title Clerk (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Clerk to support high-volume vehicle title processing for online vehicle sales. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to learn new systems and processes. The Title Clerk will process approximately 4,000 vehicle titles daily, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Match vehicle titles with corresponding bills of sale
• Sort and alphabetize titles by dealer name using an alphabetical sorter
• Scan and index documents accurately
• Enter title information into internal systems
• Receive, stamp, and assign titles once trained
• Prepare and ship titles according to established procedures
• Maintain accuracy while meeting high-volume productivity standards

Required Skills

• Scanning and scanning documents
• Data entry
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to alphabetize accurately

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Fast learner with strong organizational skills
• Quick and accurate typing ability
• Auto title experience a plus, but not required
• Driven, dedicated, and dependable work ethic
• Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement
• Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
