JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Nuclear Design Inspections (Conduct of Operations) in the Nuclear and Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. NRC - HQ Acquisition Management Division (NRC) | The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Located In CONUS - Washington, DC and across the Mid-Atlantic region Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The Conduct of Operations personnel ensure that the nuclear power reactor plants' operations are in compliance with design and licensing bases. They evaluate operator actions and ensure adherence to safety protocols. In the role of Conduct of Operations, individuals oversee the operation of nuclear power reactor plants, with a primary focus on ensuring adherence to design and licensing bases. This includes evaluating operator actions for consistency with safety and regulatory standards, maintaining meticulous records of operational procedures, and actions, and promptly identifying areas for improvement. Collaboration with the team is key in enhancing operational efficiency and safety. These professionals are also prepared to respond to operational emergencies, ensuring that safety protocols are closely followed to maintain a secure environment within the nuclear facility.

5 Years Experience in nuclear operations and a deep understanding of operational procedures and safety protocols.
