Rentokil is currently hiring for a Full-Time Construction Installer in North Brunswick & Parsippany, NJ. Travel: This is a traveling position with a minimum of 2 weeks at a time, working 8-12 hours per day and up to 50+ hours per week. Transportation, lodging, and meals are covered. Responsibilities Construction Installers install bird deterrent products such as netting and spikes in commercial facilities using hand and power tools. Work at average heights of 40 ft in aerial lifts, roofs, or scaffolding. Provide safe and high‑quality service, maintain customer relations, and complete administrative reports. Train company colleagues in bird and bat applications Report unusual circumstances or problems to supervisors or sales representatives Participate in group meetings to improve customer service Identify customers’ bird problems and apply preventive measures Complete initial and ongoing technical training Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and working order Assist in account reviews and upgrades Ensure timely completion of customer and administrative reports Achieve productivity targets based on training, experience, and account type; use power equipment and aerial platforms correctly Participate in off‑hours and weekend services when requested Tolerate varied environmental conditions Use application and inspection equipment, hand, and power tools Qualifications Flexible with working hours, able to work all shifts and travel nationwide; extended hours (50-60 per week) may be required, including nights and weekends High school diploma or GED Ability to enter and exit structures, crawl spaces, climb structures, and work at heights up to 60 ft Certified in aerial work platforms and use of Hilti power actuated equipment Operate aerial work platforms and scaffold safely Obtain any required industry licenses Valid driver's license from state of residence Base Pay Range Hourly: $19.00 - $35.00 Pay may vary by location, skills, education and experience. Overtime, incentives, commissions, performance bonuses, and route assignment may also affect earnings.
