Tax Director Dresher, PA, US Experience Director Salary $175,000 - $225,000 per year Job Details Lead complex tax engagements and provide year-round strategic planning across individual, partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, trust, and estate taxation Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients on entity structuring, business transactions, succession planning, and tax-saving strategies Manage a portfolio of client relationships while overseeing engagement staffing, budgets, timelines, profitability, and technical quality Lead, mentor, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff while promoting accountability and technical excellence Partner with firm leadership on business development, client expansion, recruiting, process improvements, and overall practice growth Qualifications: Active CPA required with 10+ years of recent public accounting tax experience, including complex engagement management, client relationship ownership, and professional staff leadership.
