While the EVP may initially have direct responsibility for specific functional areas, the role is designed to develop the leadership capabilities and business knowledge required to ultimately lead an entire Operating Company as President.The EVP will gain broad expertise across all areas of the OpCo, including sales, procurement, operations, finance, human resources, transportation, warehouse and other areas of the business. The EVP will partner with the OpCo President and senior leadership team to drive business performance, develop talent, strengthen operational execution and achieve financial objectives.Training & Development:The role includes an initial training and development period at the Houston OpCo and other OpCos around the region. The training schedule will vary based on the candidate’s current location.
