Description Automotive Diesel Mechanic | $36-41+ /hr DOE. | Full Benefits | Charlotte, NC. We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Charlotte -based fleet service team. If you're a pro with diesel and gas trucks who wants to work for a stable, high-paying operation we want to talk. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Day Shift (set hours confirmed during interview) Pay & Benefits: $36-41+ /hr DOE (Hourly, not flat rate) Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life & Disability Insurance4 Weekly pay and national growth opportunities What You'll Work On: Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas-powered trucks, vans, and medium/heavy duty vehicles Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections Perform test drives and make system adjustments as needed Maintain accurate service records and manage shop equipment Conduct field repairs in various weather conditions What You Bring: 3-4 years' experience as a diesel or fleet mechanic GED or High School Diploma Valid driver's license and own tool Must pass background check Strong accountability and customer service mindset Quick Apply Process: Apply today for a 5 - 10 minute phone screen.
