What You’ll Do As an Enrollment Associate, you’ll educate patients about their eligible healthcare services and directly schedule them with our provider team. You’ll build trust‑based relationships, present Strive’s care model, address inquiries and objections, and serve as the patient’s support anchor throughout the enrollment process. This high‑volume remote contact‑center position supports Strive’s patient‑growth initiatives through inbound and outbound calls. Day to Day Make outbound calls to prospective patients to educate them on Strive’s holistic care model and schedule provider visits. Understand patient requirements and lead with empathy for individual healthcare needs. Ask the right questions to gain trust and fully understand individual patient needs. Discover and act on opportunities to provide patients with value, such as key information about Strive Health programs. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of combined education, experience, or certification related to patient enrollment. Internet connectivity – Minimum speeds: 3.8 Mbps upload / 3.0 Mbps download; low latency. Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years experience as a high‑performing enrollment associate, whether in‑person or within a contact center. 2+ years of building quality connections with patients, leading with empathy and mindful questions. 2+ years operating with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to document well‑written and considerate notes.
