Sr. Manager, Audience Strategy & Optimization

Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager to develop and execute audience strategy for its Chief Marketing Office, supporting digital addressability across patient and healthcare provider segments. The role involves building standards, managing data partnerships, and driving optimization across a multi-brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive audience strategy across consumer and healthcare provider brands with internal stakeholder guidance
• Establish best practices for audience planning, execution, and measurement; create playbooks and governance standards
• Manage relationships with third-party audience data partners and evaluate new vendor opportunities
• Partner with media measurement and analytics teams to develop performance reporting and optimization recommendations
• Monitor health-data privacy regulations and maintain exclusion lists in partnership with Legal

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years in digital media, audience strategy, analytics, or marketing technology
• Demonstrated experience with audience strategy, presenting recommendations to key stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, third-party audience data, and analytics platforms
• Ability to translate brand learnings into repeatable standards and playbooks
• Advanced analytical skills with data interpretation and optimization expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation: $124,400–$207,400 base salary, plus 17.5% bonus target and long-term incentive program eligibility
